Refund Policy

Donations

Donations made to God's Christian Warriors, Inc. (EIN 47-2437043), a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, are generally non-refundable. Because donations are committed to building homes for U.S. veterans through the Patriot Villages initiative, funds may already be allocated by the time a refund is requested.

We will, however, issue a refund in cases of:

• Duplicate or accidental charges
• Unauthorized transactions
• Processing or technical errors
• Incorrect donation amount entered in error

To request a refund, contact us within 30 days of the transaction at gcwinc2014@gmail.com or call +1 (332) 215-7192 with your receipt number.

Recurring (Pro) Memberships

Pro supporter subscriptions may be cancelled at any time from your account page. Cancellations stop future renewals; the current billing period is not pro-rated or refunded.

Merchandise

Physical merchandise is fulfilled through our partner Shopify. Defective, damaged, or incorrect items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Email us with a photo of the issue and your order number.

Tax Receipts

If a donation is refunded, the corresponding tax-deduction receipt is voided. Please do not claim refunded contributions on your tax return.
