1. About Us
Kingdom Cinematic Studio ("KCS," "we," "us") is a foundation project operated by God's Christian Warriors, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization (EIN 47-2437043). By using kcsf.one or making a donation or purchase, you agree to these terms.
2. Donations
Donations support the Patriot Villages initiative — building homes for U.S. veterans. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for one-time contributions. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
3. Pro Memberships
Pro memberships are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
4. Merchandise
Physical merchandise is fulfilled through Shopify. Returns and exchanges follow the terms in our Refund Policy.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt service, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and branding on this site are the property of Kingdom Cinematic Studio and God's Christian Warriors, Inc. unless otherwise noted. Personal, non-commercial sharing is encouraged.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep information accurate but make no guarantees about completeness or uptime.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
